We know our programmed maintenance visits help to maintain the performance of your security system, reduce the risk of system failure and extends its operational working life.  Thus a security system maintained by SDC provides a better return on the original investment as it lasts longer. The really good news is that SDC will takeover maintenance on systems that we did not install, so even if you find you have made a mistake and your current supplier is not what they should be, you can still count on SDC to look after you.

When customers require emergency assistance they have access to our 24 hours a day service desk from where qualified service engineers will receive detailed instructions and provide a rapid response.

A range of maintenance and emergency service options are available and are tailored to meet the specific requirements of a site as well as the working environment, including takeover of competitively installed systems where customers are not experiencing the quality or level of service required.

Our engineering installation and maintenance work complies with all current British and European Standards and codes of practice and we are governed by the NSI (National Security Inspectorate) who have awarded us the highest Gold standard accreditation, to complement our ISO 9001:2000 quality assurance and other specific accreditation achievements.
